Who operates this website
LIT Nexus is operated by LIT Nexus LLP. Contact abhey@welitnexus.com or +1 (217) 217-2780 about this notice or information you have submitted. This notice covers the public marketing website and general inquiries. The handling of accounting records for an engagement is agreed separately.
Information you choose to send
The inquiry forms request your name, work email, company, service interest and a message. Required fields are identified on the form. We use this information to understand and respond to your inquiry. Netlify hosts the site and processes form submissions; its services may also process connection and request information needed to operate the site. Read Netlify鈥檚 privacy statement for its practices.
Please keep financial documents, payroll records, government identifiers, bank details and passwords out of these public forms. We can discuss an approved document-sharing channel and the implemented controls before sensitive records are exchanged.
Essential features and your choice
Essential features support site delivery, form processing, spam prevention and your privacy preference. The consent banner offers Accept All and Essential Only. Declining optional tracking does not prevent an inquiry. Use Cookie Preferences in the footer to reconsider your decision. Browser storage restrictions can prevent a preference from persisting, in which case the site may ask again.
A browser Global Privacy Control signal is honored by keeping optional tracking off. Choosing Essential Only removes this site鈥檚 optional attribution records and stops optional tools from loading on the refreshed page. Third-party cookies and records held by other providers remain subject to those providers and your browser settings.
Optional attribution and retention
With acceptance, the site keeps current campaign values in sessionStorage. It keeps an initial landing page and first-touch campaign source/name in localStorage for up to 90 days. The expiry is fixed for that first touch, rather than extended on every visit. Stored campaign values are bounded; page and referrer URLs exclude query strings and fragments.
The optional fields include utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content, gclid, fbclid, li_fat_id, gbraid, wbraid and msclkid. With permission, these values and the landing page, current page, referrer and first-touch source/campaign can accompany an inquiry. With Essential Only, the form retains its current origin/path while optional attribution fields stay empty. Inquiry-record retention is a separate business decision; the 90-day limit describes browser attribution storage.
Optional analytics and advertising
Optional integrations are Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager for measurement and tag delivery, Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram) for advertising measurement and retargeting, and the LinkedIn Insight Tag for B2B advertising measurement. A provider only loads if its public account ID is configured and you choose Accept All. No optional vendor library is requested before acceptance. These services can receive device/browser, connection, page-visit and interaction information, including IP addresses under their own practices. Read Google鈥檚 partner-site explanation, Meta鈥檚 privacy policy and LinkedIn鈥檚 privacy policy.
We use basic Google Consent Mode v2: analytics and advertising storage, advertising user data and ad personalization default to denied. Acceptance enables the configured tools on the current page. Page changes can send page views; consultation, telephone and email clicks can send limited CTA events; a recent submitted inquiry can generate a lead event on the thank-you page. Event payloads exclude form names, email addresses, message bodies, financial records and payment details. Application-supplied page/referrer fields exclude query strings and fragments. Vendor libraries can independently inspect browser URLs, so never place sensitive information in URLs or public form fields. No user-ID, enhanced conversions or advanced matching is configured by this site.
We store your accepted/rejected preference and decision timestamp in localStorage, and ask again after 180 days. A previous version鈥檚 acceptance is renewed for the named vendor scope; a previous refusal is respected. You can withdraw through Cookie Preferences. Withdrawal immediately blocks new site-dispatched optional events, updates Google consent and Meta鈥檚 consent state, clears site attribution and accessible first-party tracking cookies, then reloads the page to stop already-loaded integrations. Already transmitted information, in-flight requests, third-party cookies and provider records cannot be recalled through this banner. Browser settings and provider controls may offer additional choices.
GTM tags, provider retention, permitted uses, international transfers and any advertising audiences require account-level configuration and business review before activation. Third-party services may process information outside your country. This technical consent interface does not by itself establish compliance with every law or replace the business鈥檚 privacy obligations.
Requests and contact
Email abhey@welitnexus.com to ask about access, correction, deletion or the handling of your inquiry information. We may need to establish which record is yours and consider applicable retention obligations. You can also use the general contact form without including sensitive records. Privacy rights and applicable processes depend on your location and the circumstances.

Regional preference
A same-site endpoint can return an approximate country code so we can suggest a regional page. We store the country code for the browser session and remember a region you choose on this device. Inquiry forms include the business jurisdiction you select, your active region and the approximate country code when available. The country suggestion does not change your page until you choose to switch.
