A FEW THINGS YOU MIGHT BE WONDERING
Every business is different.
A conversation is a good place to start.
Yes. LIT Nexus provides bookkeeping and accounting support to U.S., Canadian, Australian and UAE businesses and accounting firms. We agree on the scope, communication and reporting needs with each client.
Yes. We work with QuickBooks Online and Xero. During onboarding, we review your current setup and agree on the access and workflow needed to support your books.
Yes. Our catch-up and clean-up bookkeeping support starts with a review of the records available, the periods involved and any outstanding reconciliation work. We then agree on the scope and next steps.
Yes. White-label bookkeeping and accounting support can be organized around your firm's processes, review requirements and client relationships.
Our proposed delivery model includes an India accounting center with daily overlap planned around U.S. ET/PT, Canadian and Australian business hours, and UAE Gulf Standard Time. Your scope will define actual live coverage and whether overnight processing is appropriate; those arrangements are confirmed before work starts.
Before tax-return information is shared, the CPA firm and its advisers must assess applicable disclosure rules, overseas access and required taxpayer consents. Our planned protocol includes documenting authorized access and the agreed safeguards. Implementation evidence and responsibilities must be confirmed before client records are exchanged.
Proposed options include monthly fixed-fee tiers based on transaction volume and account complexity, plus flat-fee catch-up sprints after an assessment. Your proposal will state inclusions, exclusions, review responsibilities and how changes are approved before additional work starts.
